Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch within 12hours. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been dispatched.

Earrings

Due to hygiene reason we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on earring orders. However if you have a problem with your order - please send me a message and we will happily resolve this for you.

Damages

Your order will always be checked when packing before dispatching, but we understand that accidents can happen in transit. Please check your order on receiving it and get in touch as soon as possible so we can rectify this for you.
